- How to register for the Summer Course 2026?

- Is it only for UGM students?
Answer :
No, general participants outside UGM can participate in Summer Course 2026 (See Answer no. 3 for details)
- What package options are available?
Answer :
- There are two packages: Full online package (for 2 weeks online courses) and All inclusive package (for 2 weeks online course and 1 week onsite activities).
- The fee for each package depends on whether the participant is UGM student, Indonesian (non-UGM), or International Student.
- The all-inclusive package includes the accommodation for 4 nights and student visa for international student. For the details, please refer to table below:

- What are the activities during the 2026 Summer Course?
Answer :
Activities will consist of:
Week I and II : Online activities and lectures
Week III : Offline lectures, workshops, and fieldtrips
Details of activities will be informed later in Program Book.
- Will all prospective participants who register be accepted?
Answer :
All prospective participants who register will be selected according to the specified criteria.
- I have registered via the website, what should I do next?
Answer :
Please wait until the announcement of acceptance comes out via the registered email. Please do not make any payment before the acceptance announcement. - I have paid, what should I do next?
Answer :
Confirmation of participation and course link will be sent via email after payment is confirmed
- Do I have to join the field trip agenda?
Answer:
The field trip agenda is intended for participants who register for “All inclusive” package.
