The Summer Course 2026 offers participation options for both Indonesian and International participants. Applicants may choose either the Hybrid or Online program format based on their eligibility and preference.

Admission for Indonesian Candidate

(UGM Students, Non-UGM Students, and Public Participants)

Please prepare and upload the following documents:

  • Color scan of passport (personal information page)
  • Official passport-sized photograph
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV/Resume)
  • Personal statement
  • Recommendation or nomination letter from home university
  • Student ID Card

Applicants who meet the requirements for Summer Course 2026 will be contacted directly by the committee through the official email address below for further payment instructions:

Admission for International Candidate

(Students and Public Participants)

OPEN REGISTRATION – HYBRID Candidate

To proceed with your application, you are kindly requested to follow the steps below:

  1. Please access the admission system at: https://admissions.ugm.ac.id/enrollment/public/
    You are required to create an account in the Student Admission System before applying.

After logging in, select the “Summer Course” option and search for the program using the following keyword:
(HYBRID – Open Registration) Summer Course 2026 : Traditional Medicine Meets AI

 

  1. Kindly prepare and upload the required documents:
    • Color scan of passport (personal information page)
    • Official passport-sized photograph
    • Curriculum vitae (resume/personal data)
    • Personal statement
    • Recommendation/nomination letter from home university
    • Student ID Card
  2. Please ensure that all required documents are uploaded before submitting and locking your application.
  3. The application deadline is 19 May 2026.

To proceed with your application, you are kindly requested to follow the steps below:

  1. Kindly prepare and upload the required documents:

Please make sure all required documents are complete, clear, and properly uploaded before submitting your application. Incomplete or unclear documents may affect the evaluation process.

Kindly note that submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance to the Summer Course 2026: Traditional Medicine Meets AI. All applications will be reviewed and selected by the committee based on eligibility, document quality, motivation, and program capacity. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to prepare their best application submission.

  1. For Indonesian participants, all payment instructions and invoice information will be communicated only through the official Summer Course Pharmacy UGM email:
